RENTING OR RENTING TO OWN

To rent this house, or rent to own please read the following:

1. View all of the information on this website's FACT SHEET so you know about the house, the heating systems, location, etc.
2. View all the pictures on this website so you can see the rooms and the interior/exterior.
3. You must have all of the following:

• You must have excellent landlord reference(s).
• You must have excellent employment reference(s).
• You must have an average or good credit history.
• You must be renting for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.
• You cannot have indoor pets over 40 pounds.
• You cannot engage in any illegal activity on premises.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Rent to own applicants will receive first priority.
• If you rent without a desire to purchase, bear in mind that the house will be on the market for sale.  this means you must be able to a) allow a realtor to show the house with 24 hours notice; b) vacate the premises with 60 days notice.

4.    If you are still interested in renting the house and believe you will receive acceptable references, we can arrange a viewing of the home.  You are also welcome to drive by at 935 Gates Hill Road, off route 145 about 6 miles south of Middleburgh Village.
